Fund Transfers

Know how you can deposit or withdraw crypto from your CropBytes wallet.

Important! – Before getting stared

Check the supported token networks used for transferring Crypto in and out of CropBytes. Funds will be lost if you attempt to transfer tokens over an incorrect network. Incase of any help, please write to support@cropbytes.com

CBX – ERC 20 Network
USDT – ERC 20 Network
TRX – TRC 20 Network

Deposits

You can deposit TRX, CBX & USDT to CropBytes from a many supported platforms like Binance, Trust Wallet, Bybit, MEXC, etc.

Step 1: Visit the Funds page.

Step 2: Select the token you wish to deposit – TRX, CBX, or USDT and Click on the Deposit button.

Step 3: If you have already added a Deposit address, select it. If not, Add a deposit address.
Step 4: Transfer tokens to the generated wallet address from any platform of your choice but make sure to use the correct token network.
Step 5: Confirm the transaction using the history page.

Deposit TRX:
Min Deposit Amount: 5 TRX
FUNDS ARE NON-RECOVERABLE IF:
1. Deposit amount is less than 5 TRX
2. Token is not TRX (TRC20)
3. Deposit is a smart contract

Deposit CBX:
Min Deposit Amount: 3 CBX
FUNDS ARE NON-RECOVERABLE IF:
1. Deposit amount is less than 3 CBX
2. Token is not CBX (ERC20)
3. Deposit is a smart contract

Deposit USDT:
Min Deposit Amount: 3 USDT
FUNDS ARE NON-RECOVERABLE IF:
1. Deposit amount is less than 3 USDT
2. Token is not USDT (ERC20)
3. Deposit is a smart contract

Withdrawals

You can withdraw TRX, CBX & USDT from CropBytes to any wallet that supports the token type.

Step 1: Visit the Funds page.
Step 2: Select the token you wish to withdraw – TRX, CBX, or USDT and Click on the Withdraw button.

Step 4: Select the amount you want to withdraw.
Step 5: Provide the 2FA code. If 2FA is not set up, visit your profile page to enable it.

How to add a beneficiary/withdrawal wallet address?
1. Go to your wallet screen
2. Click on the Withdraw button.
3. Under Withdrawal address, click Add address.
4. Enter the Destination Address, Beneficiary Name & Description.
5. Enter the PIN sent to your registered email to confirm the address.

How to add a Beneficiary

Withdraw TRX
1. Minimum withdrawal: 100.0 TRX / transaction. Anything less than this will not be processed.
2. Withdrawal Limit: 25000.0 TRX / 24 hours, 60000.0 TRX / 72 hours
3. Withdrawals are allowed only to TRC20 addresses.

Disclaimer: Please cross-check the destination address. Withdrawal requests cannot be canceled after submission. Withdrawals to wrong addresses cannot be recovered and will be lost forever.

Withdraw CBX
Minimum withdrawal: 100.0 CBX / transaction. Anything less than this will not be processed.
Withdrawal Limit: 4000.0 CBX / 24 hours, 10000.0 CBX / 72 hours
Withdrawals are allowed only to ERC20 addresses.

Minimum withdrawal: 100.0 USDT / transaction. Anything less than this will not be processed.

Fees 💳

TRX: 25 TRX per withdrawal
CBX: 70 CBX per withdrawal
USDT: 10 USDT per withdrawal
*Withdrawal fees is subject to changes in the blockchain gas fees.
