Job Description

The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for the adoption of a quality-first mindset while ensuring the team delivers high-quality, error-free code that provides a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create automated test suites across the application landscape to identify software problems
• Improve testing capability on the UI and Backend processes, leveraging automation tools
• Set up quality gates for all releases and act as the last line of defense for all new features/enhancements
• Analyze bugs and errors found during tests and work with the development teams to resolve these issues
• Ensure high-quality software by suggesting improvements to workflows, development strategies to enhance user experience
• Document results of tests for the development team and resolution history for the future
• Enhance the development/quality process for efficiency and performance
• Adopt a quality-first mentality and maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements
